Sr. Chemist-Production Packing (Blister)

Supervise and monitor day-to-day packing activities as per GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

Review and approve batch packing records, line clearance documents, and in-process checks.

Ensure correct usage of packing materials and verify labels, cartons, and batch details.

Coordinate with QA, QC, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Troubleshoot packing-related issues and support machine setup and changeover activities.

Maintain compliance during audits, validations, and internal inspections.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety standards, and proper handling of packing materials.

Train packing officers/operators on SOPs, documentation, and GMP practices.
