Description

Lead and oversee production operations, including process optimization, quality control, and personnel management, to ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality, while adhering to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Manage and mentor production staff, including chemists, technicians, and operators, to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce capable of achieving production goals and driving continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control, engineering, and logistics, to support production activities, resolve issues, and drive collaborative efforts to achieve company objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production data, and implement corrective actions as needed to address production issues, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), environmental regulations, and safety standards, by implementing and maintaining appropriate procedures and documentation.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, including negotiating contracts, sourcing raw materials, and ensuring timely delivery to support production requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support for production projects, including process scale-up, new product development, and technology transfer, to ensure successful execution and timely completion.
