<ul><li>Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished oral solid dosage (OSD) products (tablets, capsules, etc.) to ensure compliance with specifications.</li><li>Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of products, including content uniformity, dissolution, hardness, and friability.</li><li>Review and verify batch records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines during all stages of production.</li><li>Perform stability studies on OSD products, including testing under various storage conditions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including test reports, logbooks, and certificates of analysis.</li><li>Investigate deviations, out-of-specification results, and non-conformities, taking corrective actions as necessary.</li><li>Assist in the development and validation of quality control procedures for OSD products.</li><li>Ensure the proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.</li></ul>
