Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate self-leads through networking, field visits, cold calling, referrals, and industry contacts (mandatory requirement).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business in assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations and business meetings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain proper follow-up and ensure timely payment collections.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and industry events when required.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong ability to generate independent/self business leads.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and target-driven environment.
- Strong market networking capability.
