Description
- Manage key client accounts and ensure long-term relationship development.
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
- Understand client requirements and align internal resources to deliver solutions.
- Drive account growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) for service delivery.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and contract renewals.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
