Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or account portfolio. Conduct market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and propose solutions that align with their needs and priorities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and sales objectives. Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to set sales goals, forecast sales projections, and track performance metrics.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of products or services. Conduct negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to coordinate sales efforts and deliver integrated solutions to clients. Communicate client feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
    • Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. Provide proactive account management, including regular check-ins, account reviews, and strategic account planning.
