Speech Therapist

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a dedicated speech therapist to join our team on a full-time basis.
• The ideal candidate will specialize in addressing speech and communication challenges in neurodivergent populations, including those with ADHD, Autism, and Intellectual Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in individuals with ADHD, Autism, and Intellectual Disabilities.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and audiometrists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Conduct family counseling sessions to guide caregivers on communication techniques and strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive therapy progress records and prepare reports for interdisciplinary team reviews.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech therapy techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed or certified by a recognized speech therapy board (if applicable).
• 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
