Speech Therapist

The Speech Therapist – Level 02 is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for:

• Advanced assessments & diagnosis
• Goal planning & therapy supervision

• Mentoring Level 01 therapists
• Documentation quality & compliance

Key Responsibilities

1. Assessment, Diagnosis & Goal Planning

• Conduct detailed speech-language assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy roadmaps.
• Review reassessments and modify goals.
• Handle complex communication and developmental cases.

2. Team Supervision & Mentorship

• Supervise minimum 4 L1 therapists/educators.
• Train therapists in therapy execution & documentation.
• Conduct case discussions and clinical guidance.
• Ensure ethical and evidence-based practices.

3. Therapy Review & Outcome Optimization

• Monitor therapy progress across supervised cases.
• Improve therapy outcomes and parent satisfaction.
• Ensure consistency in therapy quality.
• Support difficult case handling and escalation.

4. Parent Communication & Retention

• Conduct parent counseling and progress reviews.
• Manage expectations empathetically and professionally.
• Improve retention and long-term therapy continuity.
• Handle parent concerns and escalations effectively.

5. Documentation, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure 100% documentation compliance.
• Review reports prepared by Level 01 therapists.
• Maintain audit-ready records and clinical quality standards.
• Follow confidentiality and ethical protocols strictly.

6. R&D, Innovation & Organizational Growth

• Support development of new therapy services/programs.
• Contribute to camps, workshops, groups, and awareness initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with management for implementation and execution.
