Speech Therapist

Role Overview

1. The Speech Therapist – Level 02 is a senior clinical and supervisory role responsible for assessment, diagnosis, goal planning, therapist supervision, parent communication, and service quality improvement.
2. This role directly contributes to clinical excellence, team capability, parent confidence, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assessment, Diagnosis & Goal Planning

1. Conduct detailed speech-language assessments for new cases.
2. Confirm diagnoses and develop individualized therapy plans.
3. Review reassessments and modify goals as required.

2. Supervision & Mentorship

1. Supervise and guide a minimum of 4 Level 01 therapists or educators.
2. Provide case guidance, training, and problem-solving support.
3. Review therapy execution and documentation quality.

3. Therapy Review & Clinical Decision-Making

1. Monitor progress across cases and adjust therapy approaches.
2. Ensure therapy techniques align with evidence-based practices.
3. Maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.

4. Parent Communication & Counseling

1. Communicate child progress, concerns, and plans regularly.
2. Handle complex parental counseling and expectation management.
3. Ensure follow-ups and session schedules are accurate and timely.

5. Documentation, Quality & Compliance

1. Maintain detailed documentation for diagnosis, progress, and case studies.
2. Audit reports and records prepared by Level 01 therapists.
3. Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards.

6. Service Improvement & Organizational Growth

1. Identify gaps in service delivery and propose improvements.
2. Support R&D and value-added service development.
3. Coordinate with management for resources and execution support.
