Speech Language Pathologist

• Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Edappally, Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Manage cases including: Speech delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Learning disabilities.
• Articulation and phonological disorders.
• Oral-motor and feeding issues.
• Develop individualized therapy plans (IEP-based intervention)
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Implement evidence-based speech and language therapy techniques.
• Monitor progress and modify therapy plans accordingly.
• Train and guide parents on home-based speech therapy exercises.
• Maintain detailed case records, therapy notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Special Educators.
• Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BASLP / MASLP from a recognized institution
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong pediatric exposure can apply)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pediatric speech therapy.
• Knowledge of early intervention and developmental milestones.
• Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate children.
