Description

- Must have good communication skills, good rapport with child and parent..
- Good behavior , polite way of talking with kids.
- Candidate Should be able to work on fine motor, reading, learning teaching different skills of the child,
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for each student based on assessments and team input.
- Regularly review and update IEPs to ensure they meet students' evolving needs.
- Design and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Utilize various teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths, weaknesses, and educational needs.
- Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Implement behavior management strategies to address and support students’ social and emotional needs.
- Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and administrators to coordinate services and support for students.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and collaborate on educational strategies.
