Site Manager Job Description:-

• We are looking for a persuasive Site Manager to promote company to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• The Site Manager’s responsibilities include operation work of the company, identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant departments with customer feedback.
• You should also be able to attend company meetings and training sessions.
• To be successful as a Site Manager, you should be able to demonstrate excellent Doctor’s service skills and build rapport with potential Doctor’s. Ultimately, an outstanding Site Manager should be able to continually meet or exceed the company's targets.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the medical college’s Doctor’s, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Scheduling appointments with doctors, and other healthcare professionals to promote company..
• Developing an in-depth understanding of Medical College Lab.
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with Doctor’s to encourage Increasing the Blood Sample Flow.
• Following up on leads generated by the company.
• Preparing presentations for potential Doctor’s.
• Check the volume of sample and you have to Increase this.
• Taking care of Entire Division where you posted
• Responsibility of entire division related to operation or medical college.
• Dealing Liaising payments releasing from the college’s.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical college to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in, B.sc/M.Sc./pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
• Proven medical sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
