Description

Lead team of F&D, Analytical Development, Regulatory Affair and QA department for regulatory filling markets.
Must have worked for (Multiple Dosage form) formulation Development like Solid Oral, Liquid, Semi Solid, Injectable, ophthalmic.
Understand clients' expectations on to be manufactured products.
Establish project goals & priorities by collaborating with PPM and BD.
Transfer new technologies, products & manufacturing process into and out of the Company.
Manage customer relationships and perform RFP reviews, customer visits, and product testing.
Oversee complex research projects, analyze results & provide recommendations based on finding.
Familiarize with the problems faced during Scale-up.
To Identifying and select API molecules based on developing non- Infringing process for API molecules.
Exhibit Good Laboratory Practice.
API-cost effective process development.
Obtain OR apply for new license / renewal of exiting license related to FDA, NCB, Alcohol, CBN and CDSCO, Govt of Gujarat.
Preparation of Process Development Report/TTD to transfer technology to pilot plant.
Development of new API molecules and technology transfer of the same.
To priorities the customer issue and communicate with necessary action
