Description

Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise the ICU nursing team, ensuring proper care is delivered to critically ill patients and that protocols are followed effectively.

Coordination with Medical Team: Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
Patient Monitoring: Ensure that continuous monitoring of patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels, is conducted, and address any abnormalities promptly.
Resource Management: Oversee the management of ICU resources, including medical equipment, medications, and supplies, ensuring that everything is available and functioning as required.
Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines, maintaining high-quality care standards in the ICU.
