Roles and Responsibilities of Service Engineer: <ol><li>Promptly attending breakdown for instruments.</li><li>Giving Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) to customers at stipulated time.</li><li>Generation of service revenue by promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for instruments.</li><li>Effectively cover entire territory in minimum cost.</li><li>Need based travel outside the territory in cases of emergency (all across India).</li><li>Documentation and web reporting to be done in timely manner.</li><li>Participate in instrument demonstrations and help sales colleagues for demonstration of analyzers. Any other as per guidance of the Department.</li></ol> Education - Science Background / Any Graduate
