Description
- Special preference will be given to candidates those have done sales of Urology Medical Equipment's and capital equipment's in medical field.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives in the medical equipment market in India.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new territories and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to develop effective sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
Requirements:**
- Graduation, Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field .
- Minimum of 2 years+ of experience in Urology sales.
- Proven track record of success in medical equipment sales or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the Indian healthcare market and regulatory environment is preferred.
