- Oversee the daily operations of the pathology department, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic services.

- Lead research initiatives and contribute to the academic growth of the pathology department by organizing training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated on advancements in pathology, including new diagnostic techniques and technologies, and implement them as appropriate.
