Description

Provide advanced clinical care to patients in the specialty area, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions under the supervision of attending physicians.
Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students in clinical settings, including providing guidance on patient care, teaching clinical skills, and facilitating educational activities.
Participate actively in academic activities, including case discussions, journal clubs, grand rounds, and multidisciplinary conferences, to enhance medical knowledge, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice.
Conduct research projects, scholarly activities, and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with faculty members, residents, and research staff, including literature reviews, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
Assist in the development and implementation of educational curricula, teaching materials, and assessment tools for medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals in the specialty area.
Participate in on-call duties, weekend coverage, and holiday rotations as required, providing continuity of patient care and supervision of clinical activities outside regular business hours.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including attending physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care delivery.
