<ul><li>Evaluate and diagnose patients with ENT conditions such as sinusitis, otitis media, tonsillitis, and hearing loss.</li><li>Plan and execute treatment plans including medications, surgeries, and therapies.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.</li><li>Perform ENT surgeries including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and tympanoplasties.</li><li>Assist in more complex procedures under the supervision of attending ENT surgeons.</li><li>Supervise and educate junior residents, interns, and medical students in ENT clinical practice.</li><li>Participate in teaching rounds, case discussions, and educational workshops.</li><li>Contribute to the development of educational materials and programs.</li></ul>
