<ul><li>Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries, fractures, joint disorders, and orthopedic conditions.</li><li>Perform and assist in orthopedic surgeries including trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, and spine procedures.</li><li>Conduct OPD consultations, IPD rounds, and emergency care for orthopedic cases.</li><li>Interpret X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and other musculoskeletal diagnostic tests.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans including surgical and non-surgical options.</li><li>Coordinate with physiotherapy and rehabilitation teams for post-operative recovery.</li><li>Ensure adherence to surgical safety protocols, sterilization standards, and infection control.</li><li>Maintain accurate operative notes, medical documentation, and patient records.</li></ul>
