Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, surgical notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with institutional and legal standards.
Research and Quality Improvement: Participate in clinical research projects and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care, safety, and outcomes in obstetrics and gynecology.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
