<ul><li>Perform detailed evaluations and examinations of patients, including history-taking and physical exams.</li><li>Diagnose and manage patients with both common and complex medical conditions under consultant supervision.</li><li>Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress and test results.</li><li>Handle medical emergencies, stabilize critically ill patients, and assist in procedures such as resuscitation, intubation, and life support.</li><li>Assist consultants in surgeries and other complex procedures, gaining hands-on experience.</li><li>Conduct daily ward rounds independently or with the consultant, reviewing patient progress and implementing management plans.</li><li>Liaise with consultants and other departments to refer patients for further management when necessary.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring all diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient outcomes are properly documented.</li></ul>
