Job Description
- Provide round-the-clock ICU patient care under consultant supervision.
- Monitor and manage ventilators, inotropes & life-support systems.
- Respond to medical emergencies & Code Blue calls.
- Assist and perform critical care procedures.
- Participate in daily ICU rounds & treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate ICU notes & medical records.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary ICU team.
- Counsel patient attendants as advised by consultants.
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols & safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits & academic activities.
