Patient Assessment: Perform comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients, including those with life-threatening conditions, using advanced diagnostic tools and monitoring systems.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor patient vitals and clinical status, adjusting treatments and care plans as necessary based on patient responses and test results.
Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with a team of doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Communication with Families: Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients' families, explaining the condition, treatment options, and prognosis of critically ill patients, often in high-stress situations.
Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and interventions, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and legal requirements.
