Description

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Perform diagnostic procedures such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and electrocardiograms, and assist in invasive procedures as required.
Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students during their rotations in cardiology.
Assist in teaching and evaluating residents in clinical skills, patient management, and cardiology-related knowledge.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based guidelines.
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols.
Participate in lectures, seminars, and case presentations to enhance educational activities within the department.
Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in clinical research projects aimed at advancing knowledge in cardiology and improving patient outcomes.
Contribute to quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance the standard of care provided in the cardiology department.
