<ul><li>Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates, including those who are critically ill or premature.</li><li>Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization during high-risk deliveries.</li><li>Conduct routine and emergency procedures, such as intubation, central line placement, and lumbar punctures.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates.</li><li>Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progress.</li><li>Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care in medical records.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including Registrars and House Officers.</li><li>Provide teaching and training sessions for medical students, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.</li><li>Lead and participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and educational meetings.</li></ul>
