Description

Develop and execute strategic plans for the quality assurance function. Align quality objectives with organizational goals and business strategy.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards. Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections and audits.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Implement best practices and quality control measures.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other departments to integrate quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Implement risk-based approaches to identify and mitigate quality risks. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the quality assurance team. Develop talent and build a high-performing team culture focused on quality and compliance.
Define and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Champion a customer-centric approach to quality. Address customer feedback and complaints effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
