Description

Hands-on experience in receiving, stocking, and delivering medical supplies to the sub stores accordingly like Batch wise and expiry etc.
Doing (Purchase orders) and GRN`s and transferring the materials to respective Stores and sub-stores and submitting the Invoice/Bill copies to Finance departments timely, for the in-time payments to the vendors
Maintaining the Inventory level properly in terms of item level. Receiving the procurement items and forwarding to the purchase team and having good rapo with vendors.
Profound knowledge of Pharma, Surgical and medical consumables, and store operations, inventory management practices etc.
Adhering to the company policies and flexibility for shifts and extended hours.
Outstanding knowledge of governmental regulations and procedures related to the department.
Familiarity with operating computerized records keeping Data and Physical Documents.
Ability to interact and work with all staff members and medical personnel, in a helpful manner
Ability to prepare and keep correct and current store`s related records.
Profound knowledge of Equipment/Chemical/ Reagents of Lab/Hospital Departments etc.
Closely monitoring of expiry and near expiry items as per the company SOP`s/regulations.
Prepared and maintained supplies invoice copies and supply returns with proper gate pass in an accurate manner.
Receiving and responding to the sub stores / other departments, phone inquiries related to materials and inventory orders.
Keeping the store premises Cleanly and efficiently.
