Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling prescriptions over the counter, cross-checking the medicines, explaining the dosage, billing, handing over and answering the questions put up by patients.
• Supervising all the medicines dispensed over the counter, checking the door delivery register at the store making sure that the deliveries are catered within the promised time.
• Handling merchandizing with effective selling.
• Best in knowledge of composition of medicine...and substitute and alternate medicine with the consent of the patient, followed by proper discussion with the doctor substituting the medicine, both to the satisfaction of the patient and the doctor.
• Checking the mails followed by proper follow up.
• Maintain stock inventory control. Sending of expiry according to expiry control before three months. Sending the pull out medicine and return back them Sending the customer query according to their requirement a Sending of daily sale report daily, stock check, return bill information.
• Conducting prescriptions review to ensure correct doses prescription, issuing prescribed medicines and packages in accordance with strict control procedures * interfacing with doctors to confirm prescriptions details. Reviewing and filling prescriptions, and providing customers with t information and counseling regarding prescriptions and other medications.
• Any other tasks assigned by the HOD/ management from time to time.

Job Summary

• Responsible for planning and delivering Pharmacy services/support to the organization in consultation with the administrators & doctors. Should also responsible for all the stock/equipment/machines in the department and act as a coordinator
