Senior Ophthalmologist

• Position: Senior Ophthalmologist
• Experience: 10+ Years in Ophthalmology practice
• Qualification: MS/MD/DNB in Ophthalmology, valid medical license (MCI/State Medical Council)
• Candidate have to travel as per client's requirement.
• Timing: 4 Hours Per Day

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced eye examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of eye disorders.
• Conduct surgeries (Cataract, LASIK, Glaucoma, Retina, Corneal Transplant, etc. as per specialization).
• Supervise junior doctors and residents, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Prescribe medications and therapies to treat vision problems and eye diseases.
• Stay updated with the latest medical research and adopt new techniques.
• Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and ethical standards.

• Expertise in ophthalmic surgeries and procedures.
• Strong diagnostic skills with evidence-based treatment approach.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to mentor and train junior doctors.
