<ul><li>Supervise daily tablet coating operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.</li><li>Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot coating machines (auto coaters/pan coaters) as per SOPs.</li><li>Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety guidelines, and product quality standards.</li><li>Review and maintain BMR/BPR and process documentation accurately.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, Planning, and Maintenance for timely batch execution.</li><li>Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and monitor critical coating parameters.</li><li>Ensure correct preparation of coating solutions and compliance with specifications.</li><li>Train operators and technical staff on coating processes and equipment handling.</li><li>Participate in deviation handling, investigations, change control, and CAPA activities.</li></ul>
