  • Monitor and interpret multisystem parameters (hemodynamic, respiratory, neurological) to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Perform critical care procedures such as central venous catheterization, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion.
  • Manage ventilator settings and respiratory support for ICU patients.
  • Utilize advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) protocols and interventions as required.
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in the ICU, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
