Description

Administer anaesthesia for surgical procedures across various specialties, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during surgical procedures.
Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and complications effectively, ensuring timely interventions and patient stabilization.
Manage and oversee the care of critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
Provide advanced life support measures including airway management, ventilation, and resuscitation.
Monitor and interpret multisystem parameters (hemodynamic, respiratory, neurological) to optimize patient outcomes.
Perform critical care procedures such as central venous catheterization, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion.
Manage ventilator settings and respiratory support for ICU patients.
Utilize advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) protocols and interventions as required.
Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in the ICU, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and support staff.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
