Roles and Responsibilities:

• Job Title: Senior Medical Lab Technician

• Need a senior technician with Microbiology experience
• Oversee daily lab operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage lab inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Perform diagnostic tests and ensure accuracy of results.
• Ensure proper communication and services to customers and B2B clients.
• Perform advanced diagnostic tests on biological samples using specialised equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and laboratory safety protocols.
• Supervise and mentor junior lab technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Medical Laboratory Technician with DMLT/ BSc MLT; experience in Microbiology lab work will be preferred.
