<ul><li>Person should be working as a manager production or plant manager( no deputy or asst manager or Sr Executive).</li><li>Person should have a first class academic career . BE chemical, B tech chemical or MSC organic chemistry first class with no attempt and it should&nbsp;be distant learning</li><li>Will be reporting to DGM production.</li><li>Person currently working as a plant manager/block incharge.</li><li>Should have faced USFDA as manager production in his plant(block).</li><li>Must have very good knowledge of safety and cGMP.</li><li>Should have sound knowledge of API batch manufacturing, documentation like investigation of Deviations, OOS, market complaint..</li><li>Hands on experience in terms of RMC reduction, cycle time reduction.</li><li>Should be handling a block of capacity 100 KL in his current assignment.</li></ul>
