Description

To market the Medical Services offered by the organization to the Doctors / clinics / Corporates etc and increase the Business of the organization.
To plan and execute business strategy in way of branding activities, advertisements (media/air/ visual), in house branding, etc to fetch new customers and increasing the business.
Planning and executing internal and external activities by conducting camps / talk shows in Corporates to increase patient flow.
To improve the patient referrals from external Doctors / clinics / Nursing Homes/ Institutions/ Factories and Corporates by updating the unique Medical services offered by the organization, the specialty departments and facilities offered to these customers.
To lead the team, execute strategies and plans for increasing the business by assigning tasks and challenges to the team.
To coordinate with various specialty departments of the organization, and conduct activities to promote the departments.
Submit MIS records periodically and ensure the data is accurate.
Forecast sales target and ensure they are met by the team.
Understand the Organizations goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the Organizations performance.
