- Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, or onsite visits to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software, hardware, or network systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support or the development team and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication of technical solutions.
