Description

Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery of products.
Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules to meet business and customer demands.
Lead, train, and mentor production staff to ensure adherence to operational guidelines and performance standards.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to production teams, ensuring clear communication of objectives and expectations.
Foster a collaborative working environment by coordinating with other departments, such as quality control, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless production flow.
Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols, taking corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across the production floor.
Collaborate with the production management team to introduce Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Monitor production data to identify trends and areas for process optimization, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
