Description

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the front office team, including Front Desk Agents and Concierge staff, to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, and ensure that guest requests and inquiries are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate room reservations, manage room inventory, and ensure accuracy of reservation records in the property management system (PMS).
  • Monitor room rates, occupancy levels, and revenue performance to optimize pricing strategies and maximize hotel revenue.
  • Conduct training sessions for front office staff on customer service standards, operational procedures, and use of the PMS and other software systems.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure consistency and accuracy in front office operations, including guest registration, billing, and cashiering processes.
  • Liaise with other hotel departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage, to coordinate guest services, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
