Description

  • Provide support to implement and execute the Customer Acquisition Campaign
  • Manage the day-to-day operational costs and efficiencies of the Sales business
  • Participate in Business performance reviews and assess opportunity areas , ensure all Sales measures remain green.
  • Provide support in designing the Customer –Lead generation campaigns
  • Assess and provide solutions for optimal Resource Deployment & Utilization
  • Give ideas to Identify new business verticals & offerings
  • Contribute ideas to develop the overall customer acquisition strategy
  • Mine and leverage opportunities for strategic alliances with collaborators/competitors
  • Proactively communicate with Services Delivery and provide information on campaign timelines – enabling the operations team to forecast and manage service peaks and troughs

 

5-8 years of experience in corporate relations/Sales with good corporate connects in the given area.
