Description

Conduct advanced nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
Supervise and lead a team of dietitians, providing guidance, training, and support.
Ensure the efficient operation of the nutrition department.
Design and implement therapeutic diets for patients with specific medical conditions, including enteral or parenteral nutrition support.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition care into overall patient management.
Oversee the development of nutritionally balanced menus for patients, taking into account dietary restrictions and medical requirements.
Implement and participate in quality improvement initiatives related to nutrition services, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Conduct educational sessions for patients, families, and healthcare professionals on nutritional topics.
Provide ongoing training for dietitians and other staff members.
