Position : Senior dentist

Job Type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days working / Per Week

Weekly off: Rotational

Qualification: BDS/ MDS

Experience: Seniors Preferred

Salary: ₹4 lakhs - ₹9 lakhs per year plus Business share

Job Location : Bannerghatta Road, Basaveswar Nagar and Ramamurthy Nagar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and specialized dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff.
• Review and approve treatment plans created by junior clinicians.
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee infection control and sterilization procedures in the clinic.
• Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training dental staff.
• Contribute to practice growth strategies and business development.
