Description

Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with ophthalmic conditions, including refractive errors, cataracts, glaucoma, retinal diseases, corneal disorders, and ocular trauma.
Conduct thorough eye examinations, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret imaging studies to diagnose and treat ophthalmic conditions.
Perform a wide range of ophthalmic surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, refractive surgery, glaucoma surgery, vitreoretinal surgery, corneal transplantation, and oculoplastic surgery.
Utilize advanced surgical techniques, microsurgical instruments, and intraoperative imaging modalities to achieve optimal surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Perform intravitreal injections, laser photocoagulation, and other medical retina procedures for the management of retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and retinal vascular disorders.
Utilize state-of-the-art retinal imaging technologies, including optical coherence tomography (OCT) and fluorescein angiography, for diagnosis and monitoring of retinal conditions.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ophthalmologists, residents, fellows, nurses, and support staff in the ophthalmology department.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement through mentorship, education, and quality assurance activities.
