Description

  • Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with ophthalmic conditions, including refractive errors, cataracts, glaucoma, retinal diseases, corneal disorders, and ocular trauma.
  • Conduct thorough eye examinations, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret imaging studies to diagnose and treat ophthalmic conditions.
  • Perform a wide range of ophthalmic surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, refractive surgery, glaucoma surgery, vitreoretinal surgery, corneal transplantation, and oculoplastic surgery.
  • Utilize advanced surgical techniques, microsurgical instruments, and intraoperative imaging modalities to achieve optimal surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Perform intravitreal injections, laser photocoagulation, and other medical retina procedures for the management of retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and retinal vascular disorders.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art retinal imaging technologies, including optical coherence tomography (OCT) and fluorescein angiography, for diagnosis and monitoring of retinal conditions.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ophthalmologists, residents, fellows, nurses, and support staff in the ophthalmology department.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement through mentorship, education, and quality assurance activities.
