Description

Provide specialized clinical care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and reproductive endocrinology conditions.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines and patient preferences.
Oversee hormone replacement therapy, insulin therapy, and other medical treatments for endocrine disorders, ensuring optimal hormone levels and metabolic control.
Monitor treatment efficacy, adjust medication regimens, and educate patients about medication adherence, self-monitoring, and lifestyle modifications.
Perform endocrine procedures such as fine-needle aspiration of thyroid nodules, dynamic endocrine testing, and ultrasound-guided biopsy of adrenal lesions, as applicable.
Utilize advanced imaging modalities and techniques for localization, characterization, and management of endocrine tumors and lesions.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to endocrinologists, fellows, residents, and support staff in the endocrinology department.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement through mentorship, education, and quality assurance activities.
