3. Perform gynecological surgeries and obstetric procedures as per clinical protocols.
4. Conduct antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care with patient counseling.
5. Supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in the department.
6. Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, NABH standards, and patient safety norms.
7. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
