5. Supervise emergency medical officers, nurses, and paramedical staff.
6. Ensure compliance with emergency protocols, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS guidelines.
7. Maintain accurate emergency documentation and medico-legal records.
8. Participate in disaster management and mass casualty preparedness.
