Description

Provide immediate care and life-saving interventions for patients with acute medical conditions, trauma, or injuries, including those from accidents or natural disasters.
Assess and triage patients quickly to prioritize care based on the severity of their condition, stabilizing critical cases as necessary.
Perform emergency procedures such as resuscitation, intubation, wound management, fracture stabilization, and suturing.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary emergency response teams, ensuring efficient and effective patient care during peak times or critical situations.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and ensure proper documentation of all interventions and outcomes.
Provide expert consultation and advice on complex emergency medical cases and trauma care, especially in high-stress situations.
Educate patients and their families on the importance of injury prevention, treatment options, and follow-up care after trauma.
Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, treatment protocols, and emergency response techniques to provide the best care in urgent situations.
Mentor and guide junior medical staff, including residents, fellows, and emergency department teams, in the delivery of emergency and trauma care.
