Description

Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to IVD products.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers, demonstrating proper use and maintenance of IVD instruments and assays.
Assist with the installation and validation of IVD products at customer sites, ensuring they meet performance specifications and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
Analyse and interpret diagnostic data to assist customers in achieving accurate and reliable results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to provide technical expertise and support product development and sales initiatives.
Ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
