Description

Team Supervision: Oversee and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and perform their duties according to company policies and security protocols.
Security Operations: Monitor security operations, including surveillance systems, patrolling, and access control, to ensure the safety of premises, employees, and visitors.
Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and emergencies, such as thefts, vandalism, or accidents, ensuring quick resolution and proper documentation.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to security staff on topics such as emergency response, conflict resolution, and safety procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Patrol Coordination: Organize and schedule regular patrols of the premises, ensuring that security staff cover all areas, including entrances, exits, and sensitive zones.
Access Control: Monitor and enforce access control procedures, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises and checking identification when necessary.
Surveillance Monitoring: Oversee the use of surveillance equipment, ensuring that CCTV cameras and other monitoring systems are operational, and reviewing footage when needed for incident investigation.
Report Generation: Prepare and submit detailed security reports, including incident logs, security breaches, and routine security checks, to management for review and action.
Compliance: Ensure that all security practices and operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate with local authorities and internal teams to develop and implement emergency response plans, conducting regular drills to ensure preparedness for various crisis situations.
