Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers and guards, including assigning duties, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Train new security staff on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and safety regulations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of the premises, including interior and exterior areas, to detect and deter unauthorized access, vandalism, theft, or other security threats.
Monitor security systems, alarms, and CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activities or security breaches, and respond promptly to investigate and resolve incidents as needed.
Enforce access control measures, including verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and monitoring access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure the security of sensitive areas.
Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or criminal activity, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks, protect people and property, and maintain order.
